Calf Stretch
Muscles Stretched - Pectoralis Major
   
Start Position
 

- Place body within door.

- Place forearms flat against the door jam.

- Bend elbows to 90 degrees.

- Hands at head level.

- One foot placed in front of body.

   
Finish Position
- Lunge body forward towards wall.
   
Modifications
- Place foot further back for better stretch.
