Incentives

Being healthy is the greatest incentive to participate in the Wellness Program.
However, to further reward employees for participation, dedication and successes in the
Wellness Program, incentives may be offered for various challenges and tasks.
Incentives are chosen on a case by case basis and are to be within the confines of the
annual wellness budget. Some incentives will be processed through payroll as taxes do
apply in many cases.

*This program is administered by the Human Resources Department and components
of the program may vary based on budget, trends, and participation.
